- Common plug-ins (e.g. Adobe Reader, Flash Player, Virus Protection, etc.)
- Speakers and Webcam with microphone
- Skype
- Ability to either scan or fax course documents to the instructor
- Some courses require availability of statistical software such as SAS or JMP
